In this role you will oversee the day to day management of this busy law firm’s reception desk, greeting guests and clients and manage a busy switchboard. This role will see you as the true face of the company as you welcome a high number of important clients and guests.
- Screen incoming calls and direct them as needed
- Book and manage meeting rooms
- Some general administration work
- Order supplies, stationery, and catering
You will need previous experience on a busy corporate reception with a busy switchboard. You will need to immaculately presented with great customer service and phone manner. Microsoft office knowledge is essential for this role.
