Our client is a leading, top-tier law firm with offices across Australia. They are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary/Assistant to join them in their growing commercial practice.

The opportunity sits within a medium-sized team and offers a wide variety of work, with a degree of autonomy relative to experience level.

In this role, you may be responsible for –

  • Preparing legal documents, assisting with correspondence, drafting and typing up letters and reviewing documents
  • Drafting Legal documents
  • Ensuring transactions run smoothly
  • Diary management
  • File management
  • Billing
  • Client liaison
  • Ad hoc Administrative tasks

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have prior experience in the Legal Industry.
