The Role:

This role will see you support the companies global Chief People Officer. Located in the CBD, close to Martin Place station, this role will see you support them on their international travel to other offices, extensive diary, and email management. Experience working across different time zones is highly desirable. Other duties include;

  • Extensive diary and email management
  • Travel booking
  • Expenses
  • Drafting correspondence and formatting documents
  • Meeting booking and note-taking

You:

You will have previous experience as an executive assistant in a legal, financial, or professional services firm. You will be highly organised, self-sufficient, and have high attention to detail. If you supported an executive with a global reach, you will be highly desirable for this role.
