Our Story

Our Story

In 2016, two legal professionals came together to express their frustrations.

They were tired of recruiters who were more interested in roles than they were in them as people. It was clear that commission was the driving force behind communication. Both job seekers were craving honest conversation and thought through professional advice. They couldn’t find the experience they wanted. That year, Eckardt Guanlao was born.

With first-hand law experience, they knew that legal talent needed career partners who understood the unique demands of the industry. They wanted to offer their network something job board aggregators couldn’t. Specialist advice.

To this day, understanding each individual need, culture, and technical requirement is EG Legal’s main aim. We help you connect with your future with the right advice.
