We are currently working with one of the top tier international law firms in Australia who are looking to hire an experienced litigation lawyer. Our client has an excellent global reputation and prides itself on utilising its global network to maximise its client engagement and professional development opportunities for its lawyers.

The litigation department works on both domestic and international matters referred from the global network. It has some of the most highly rated partners in Australia which allows its lawyers to learn from the best.
The firm is looking to develop its already high performing commercial litigation and dispute resolution practice in Sydney and as such needs to hire within commercial litigation.
You will have the opportunity to act on some of Australia’s most significant disputes, including;
- class actions,
- competition cases,
- takeover disputes, and
- public and private investigations.
The firm frequently assists with the Australian component of major international disputes, and has the capacity to conduct matters in jurisdictions throughout Australia and the Asia region.
What should you be able to demonstrate?
Ability to combine technical excellence with commercial insight, taking the most complex questions and providing the clearest answers.
- Admitted as a Solicitor
- At least 5+ years Post Qualified Experience
- Commercial Litigation experience from a leading national or international firm
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Ability to build and develop strong working relationships with clients and internal networks
