The position is based in Sydney working for one of the leading Corporate partners in Australia. The work will cover a broad range of both Public & Private M&A, Private Equity, Joint Ventures, and Venture Capital work. The role is ideally suited to someone who is looking to develop with a growing, international, team.
This position is based in Sydney. However, there is the possibility for international secondments.

What we think you’ll need to demonstrate:
- Admitted as a lawyer (domestically or internationally)
- 2+ years’ experience gained at a highly regarded corporate law practice
- Ideally broad corporate law experience (M&A, Advisory or PE)
- Ability to be team-focused and also work independently
- An interest in legal technology would be great
