The firm’s Structured Finance group boasts one of the largest, and most international, teams of finance lawyers globally.

The department regularly engages in transactions in the UK, across the rest of Europe, the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand.



The firm is looking to hire a junior, mid-level and senior transactional lawyer for its structured finance practice. The role will involve working on structured funds, liquidity, securitization, derivatives and capital markets within a growing collateralized loan obligation market.

Ideally, you have previously worked with transactional finances and derivatives, however, any experience in general, structured and/or project finance gained at a top law firm will be of a value.

Required experience, skills and attributes

You will have excellent academics and at least 2+ years* of post-qualification finance experience gained at a leading Australian private practice, international firm or local top tier firm and be looking to relocate.


  • Transactional experience (optimal but not a pre-requisite)
  • Excellent technical skills (drafting documentation)
  • Global financial acumen
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proven organization and project management skills
  • Confidence in liaising with high profile clients/counterparties
